Weddings:
- Deposit: $500 to save the date
- Includes use of grounds for photography and Chapel
- Maximum seating: 75
- Need to change dates? $100 change fee for available dates

Grounds/Lake:
- General Use: $125 per hour for Grounds & Lake Area, Two-hour minimum
- Great for family reunions, corporate picnics, and Church functions
- Note: Does not include Chapel
Special Events:
- Chapel: General Community Use: $125 per hour, Two-hour minimum
- Chapel: Churches, Youth Groups, etc. – Email for special pricing
- Quinceñeras or Sweet Sixteens: Call for pricing
- Photography Sessions:
- $125 per hour, Two-hour minimum
- Call for info to include horse or tractor for photography sessions
*Ranch Personnel will be accessible while guests/photographers/meetings are on site, with appropriate scheduling.

Rainout Policy. Full refunds are available for picnics and grounds rentals.
Tours of the property for planning purposes can be arranged as required, but advanced scheduling is required.
