MEET KRISTINA PRUETT

Kristina Pruett is the secretary for the S&P Foundation board of directors. She is a graduate of University of Houston downtown, is married to Sam Pruett, Jim Pruett eldest son, and together they have a daughter, Samantha, who is attending Texas Tech University. In the past her involvement with the S&P Foundation was maintaining the bookkeeping for the Joy house expenses, as well as volunteering for fundraising events. From 2010 to 2014 she and her daughter moved to Aberdeen, Scotland with Sam for a job assignment. While in Scotland, she continued her community involvement with the American Women’s Assoc of Aberdeen, as the leader for the Newcomers Committee, the Activities Group, and the Sweet Shop for the holiday craft fair; that raised nearly £2,000 for a local charity. She also enjoyed being involved with her daughter’s high school PTO for the Booster Club, the HS Coordinator and Prom Committee. Other interest she enjoys are traveling, hiking, cooking, entertaining, assisting people with their needs and being with friends.
